Customization projects allow you to request changes to published animations you like. This feature is meant for adjustments and refinements, not for creating a completely new animation from scratch.

What customization projects are for

  • Making changes to an animation you already like.
  • Adjusting timing or layout, and making minor changes to featured elements.
  • Adapting an animation to better fit your brand or use case.

What customization projects are NOT for

  • Creating a brand-new animation from scratch.
  • Major concept redesigns or entirely new ideas.
  • Requests unrelated to the original animation.

Availability

Each author decides whether they accept customization requests. Look for the "CUSTOMIZE IT" button on the item page to launch a customization project.

How the customization process works

  1. You submit a customization request describing the changes needed, setting a budget and a deadline.
  2. The author reviews your request.
  3. The author may propose a price and a delivery timeframe.
  4. You decide whether to accept or decline the offer.
  5. Unless otherwise agreed with the designer, a customization project includes one reasonable revision.

Pricing and deadlines

  • The author may set their own price and expected delivery date.
  • You are free to accept or reject the proposal.
  • No upfront payment is required.

If you accept, the customization project moves forward under the agreed terms.

Communication and expectations

  • Be as clear and specific as possible when describing your request.
  • Upload images or videos to help illustrate your points and avoid misunderstandings.
  • For transparency and user protection, all communication and payments related to customization requests must take place within the platform.

Important notes

  • Customization requests are optional and depend on author availability.
  • Motiopix acts as a platform and does not control pricing or delivery decisions.
  • Final acceptance of terms always remains with you.
